Hi, I'm Cass.

Aunt, friend, sister, daughter, advocate and anxious human who is just trying to figure out this thing we call life.

For the past eleven years, I have been living with Chronic Lyme disease—give or take a few other chronic and mental health issues.

I like to think I have learned a lot over the years, so I thought it was about time to share what I've discovered in hope of helping some others on this journey.

Here at IGWS, nothing is off limits. We are going to talk about the nitty gritty because that is what life is—the good, the bad and the ugly.
