"I'm tired" are always the first words out of my mouth every day. But I'm tired of being tired! I'm tired of not going to school. I'm tired of complaining all the time. I'm tired of being in pain. I'm tired of sitting around doing nothing. So I'm not going to be tired anymore.
I'm going to focus on the positive things and not the negatives. If I'm having a bad day, I'm going to try not to think about it, because I know that tomorrow will be better. I am going to try my best to not take naps during the day, that way I can sleep at night.
I am also going to try and start some new hobbies like knitting, and other fun activities, like taking trips to D.C. I am trying to be one with my mind and body. I am starting a 21 day meditation regiment which actually is helping a lot. I am committing myself to try to live in perfect health. It may be hard and even painful, but I know if I keep my head up and my eyes on the prize, I will get there.
